Job Description

Position : Customer Support Representative (X 3)
Position Type : Full Time
Location : Dar-salam

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
·         Working in a team with other Customer Support Agents, he/she will: Represent the brand in direct interaction with clients.
·         Assist New and Active Users in accessing and understanding our products and services
·         Upselling our products and services.
·         Work 24/7 on different shifts, of 8 working hours, 5 days a week.

·         For quality, efficient and effective customer support, required skills are:
·         Quick learner
·         Good interpersonal skills
·         Interest in helping other people
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
·         Interest in sports industry
·         Ability to cope under pressure

Required Qualifications and Experience
·         High school certificate, higher education in any related fields is an advantage
·         Knowledge of sports betting markets and casino games will be an advantage
·         Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage
·         Computer literacy
·         Proficiency in English and Swahili
