Job Description
Sales Executive duties and responsibilities
1. Find prospects and leads
2. Learn details about our products and services
3. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
4. Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
5. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
6. Up-sell when appropriate
7. Follow up with hot
8. Identify buyer persona profiles
9. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
10. Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
11. Identify most important sales KPIs
12. Track and monitor your work
13. Prepare and present reports when needed
14. Attend sales educational events and seminars
15. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
16. Report to management team
Minimum requirements and qualifications
1. 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role. Experience working in ICT companies will be an added advantage.
2. Proven record of successful deals closed
3. Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
4. Great command of MS Office, CRM and ERP tools
5. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
7. Team player
8. Excellent leadership skills
9. Good time-management skills
10. Great interpersonal and communication skills
11. Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field
