VISION

OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK
The position holder is required to conduct the Authority with the highest standards and best practices in order to achieve the vision “To be a suitable provider of reliable, safe and affordable private services in Tanzania”
ACTIVITIES
Oversee all the responsibilities of the authorities relating to the continuous provision of clean, safe and adequate domestic, commercial, industrial and related purposes for the removal and disposal of waste and wastewater treatment;
Overseeing the successful implementation and implementation of the Vision, Mission and Annual Strategy;
Supervises the management of all resources in the Authority;
Responsible for the implementation and compliance with policy guidelines laid down by the Department of Water Affairs, the Board of Management and all relevant legal requirements;
Oversees the planning and execution of water and sanitation projects;
Management of annual budget adjustments, financial reports and performance as required by the Board;
Regularly review, actual performance against plans and budgets and submit reports to the Board outlining the performance and recommendations for actions required to address variances;
To advise the Board on the effective and efficient management of the Authority;
Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors and Water Service.

QUALIFICATION
Owner of degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in the water sector
SALARY
The above space carries an attractive competitive salary and package including housing and mobility in accordance with qualifications, required skills and experience cited in a vacant position with the SUASAS S Service and Service and Salary Stitution.
CONDITION
