| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i. To develop and/or customize software to meet specific requirements of the University; ii. To support repair and maintenance of all IAA computer hardware; iii. To assist in the upkeep of network infrastructure; iv. To maintain documentation of all network cabling systems; v. To provide front line network support, troubleshooting and network diagnosis; vi. To support installation, configuration and management of all network equipment; and vii. To provide support for staff and computer lab software installations. |
